Our talented and experienced team of estimators are ready to provide quotations for compliant bids at any stage of tender. The team works directly with the structural engineering team to ensure that any unusual details are addressed up-front to give cost surety. Our steel estimation services are build on years of hands-on experience across a wide range of steel construction projects.
Using our unique in-house developed software suite and utilising the speed and accuracy of our integrated steelwork detailing and 3D modelling, we can produce full lump sum prices, Bills of Quantity or simply a budget price that will assist in the accurate costing of potential developments.
In addition to steelwork supply, we can also provide costs for associated subtrades which can be integrated into our scope of works to provide and one-stop single procurement path.
As part of our full client service, we are experienced in handling subtrades across our entire spectrum of projects. We supply and install cold rolled items such as metal decking, purlins, and siderails; precast concrete products including stairs, floors, terrace units, and walls. We liaise with edge protection suppliers to co-ordinate bracketry, and we can also supply and install glulam elements.
