The automatic manufacturing data is used for cost and production management, and accurate nc (manufacturing) files are fed through our network to the shopfloor machines, resulting in an accurate finished product that will be fabricated exactly to the 3D model specifications and dimensions
We can use Revit and IFC models to allow fast and accurate pricing. We directly import architectural and engineering models into Trimble Tekla Structures. From here we can export the structural data directly into our bespoke estimating software. We use 3 dimensional models to develop a safe erection sequence and for lotting programmes to best suit the customers requirements.
