Hambleton Steel delivered a comprehensive structural steelwork package for the CLM House office development in Jersey, a six-storey office building featuring a mansard roof and plant room.
Our scope included the supply, fabrication, and delivery of 1,300 tonnes of precision-engineered steelwork, alongside key specialist sub-trades such as precast concrete stairs, transportation logistics to Jersey, thermal break systems, and open-grid flooring solutions.
Working under a fast-paced programme with erection by KEDA, the project was executed efficiently over an approximate 18-week site duration, ensuring high-quality delivery from fabrication through to on-site coordination.
