Hambleton Steel delivered the structural steelwork package for Siemens’ major service and logistics facility at Teal Park, Lincoln, working for main contractor Bowmer & Kirkland. The development forms a key hub for gas turbine servicing, overhaul and global logistics, supporting Siemens’ worldwide operations.
The project comprised a portal frame structure with beam and column construction, incorporating large open spans suited to heavy industrial use. Hambleton Steel was responsible for the supply, fabrication and delivery of approximately 700 tonnes of steelwork, with metal decking and precast concrete stairs.
