Hambleton Steel’s scope of works includes the design and build (D&B) delivery of the primary steel frame, PFC ground beams, glazed frame support systems, and architectural feature elements such as the entrance canopy, alongside associated structural works. This comprehensive package reflects Hambleton Steel’s expertise in delivering complex, high-quality steel solutions for large-scale industrial developments.

The project has been procured by Bowmer and Kirkland, with Hambleton Steel collaborating on the delivery of the structural steelworks. The wider professional team also includes BWB Consulting Ltd and Stephen George + Partners LLP, bringing together a wealth of technical knowledge and experience.

Infinity Park Derby benefits from excellent transport connectivity, including proximity to major road networks such as the A50 and M1, as well as strong links to rail freight and nearby airports. The park is also part of a broader regeneration initiative aimed at driving inward investment, job creation, and sustainable growth across the region.
