Location: Brompton-on-Swale
The role
- Work as part of the Estimating function to assess suitability of tender enquiries received.
- Assess material, labour and equipment required for a specific project, analysing various quotes from our supply chain.
- Manage the process of compiling, reviewing and submitting budgets.
- Compile project estimates for structural steelwork and relevant sub-contract works in a timely and efficient manner.
- Co-ordinate technical stakeholders (internal and external) to assist in the preparation of the most competitive quotations.
- Work closely with clients and main contractors, building relationships with Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Designers and other third parties.
- Use bespoke systems to manage and create estimates and track project updates and follow ups.
- Upon successful award of a contract, organise and lead the internal Contract Award meeting.

Experience
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
