Location: Office-based, Brompton-on-Swale
The role
- Working along side and taking direction from Contracts Managers
- Coordinating project information.
- Record keeping of project information hard copies and digitally.
- Update Load tracker and drawing vault.
- Distributing information to site.
- RFI submittals and recording.
- Answering works queries.
- Getting Hambleton steel drawings signed off for construction.

- IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
- A strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- You have problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A team-player.
- You can work using your initiative and be able to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines.
Experience
This is a development opportunity, administration experience would be beneficial and full training will be given.
Desirable experience could include:
- Understanding of roles, who and when to send information.
- Microsoft OS, keen organisation, and adept at record keeping.
- Able to use bespoke software and websites, as well as industry standard software such as IFC viewers and measurement packages and Tekla.
- Understanding of Workflows.
