Location: Office-based, Brompton-on-Swale

The role

  • The success of this role is not about volume – it’s about intelligent, informed targeting and relationship building within the businesses that we are best suited to work with.
  • You will completely understand the sales process and touchpoints and ensure that Hambleton is front-of-mind when a relevant tender is issued.
  • To define, manage and execute a multi-channel business development plan to generate new sales and to develop opportunities with existing clients.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers and our Contracts Director to maximise our account-based marketing (ABM) capabilities. 
  • Manage partnerships and attend networking events with our target audience.
  • Play a key role within the management team, attending management meetings and inputting and updating on the business development and marketing activity. 
  • Identify active workstreams in the sectors we specialise in and want to expand in to. 
  • Manage the pre-qualification process with our main contractors.
